Kohlrabi and Beef Stew recipe

|500 g||kohlrabi, peeled and sliced|
|250 g||carrots, sliced|
|500 g||potatoes, peeled and sliced|
|500 g||lean stew beef, diced|
|salt and freshly ground black pepper|
|3 tbsp||fresh parsley, chopped|
|500 ml||beef stock|
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the meat and the vegetables and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Add the stock and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and cook over low heat for 40-50 minutes until the meat is tender.
Serve sprinkled with parsley.
