Kohlrabi and beef stew recipe details
Ingredients
500 g | kohlrabi, peeled and sliced |
250 g | carrots, sliced |
500 g | potatoes, peeled and sliced |
500 g | lean stew beef, diced |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
nutmeg | |
3 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped |
2 tbsp | butter |
500 ml | beef stock |
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt the butter. Add the meat and the vegetables and cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Add the stock and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cover and cook over low heat for 40-50 minutes until the meat is tender.Serve sprinkled with parsley.
