Kiwi pesto recipe details
Ingredients
1 bunch(es) | basil, chopped |
2 | spring onions, sliced |
3 | kiwi, peeled and diced |
5 tbsp | olive oil |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | icing sugar |
40 g | ground almonds |
Instructions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.If too firm, add a little water.
Cover and allow to steep for 30-40 minutes at room temperature, before serving.
A nice and fruity dip for lamb or chicken.
