Kiwi and apricot jam recipe details
Ingredients
300 g | apricots, washed, pitted, quartered |
300 g | kiwi, peeled, chopped |
50 ml | lemon juice |
400 g | sugar |
Instructions
Place the canning jars in boiling water for 10 minutes.Combine all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar dissolves.
Once mixture reaches boiling point, reduce heat and continue to cook for 45 minutes. Keep stirring frequently.
Then remove from heat and fill jars, leaving a bit of head space. Seal whilst still hot.
