Killer jelly meatballs recipe details
Great cocktail meatballs made with chili sauce and grape jelly.

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup minced onions
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 12 ounce chili sauce
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 (10 ounce) jar grape jelly
Preparation method
Prep: 30 mins | Cook: 2 hours1. Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce in large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients until ingredients are well mixed. Shape beef mixture into 1 inch balls.
2. Heat large skillet to medium heat. Add cooking oil. Place meatballs into skillet and brown. Remove meatballs and pour off access fat.
3. Return skillet to heat. Combine chili sauce and jelly in skillet until jelly is melted.
4. Add browned meatballs to chili sauce and jelly mixture. Stir until all meatballs are coated with mixture.
5. Let meatballs simmer uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
