- Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 1/3 cup Key lime juice (can be purchased from specialty food stores or food supplier)
- One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
- One 9-inch pie crust (purchased or homemade)
This is a big hit with our guests.
Combine egg yolks, Key lime juice, and condensed milk in large bowl. Add egg whites to mixture and pour into prepared graham cracker or regular crust. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Chill before serving.
