Kahlua Pralines recipe

Ingredients
200 g | black chocolate |
50 g | soft butter |
3 tbsp | icing sugar |
60 ml | Kahlua |
some | cocoa powder |
Instructions
Melt the chocolate over a pan of simmering water. Add the butter, icing sugar and Kahlua and mix with a fork. Beat slightly.
Cool in fridge for 30 minutes, then beat with the fork again. Cool in fridge until the mixture is hard.
Now form small balls and turn in cocoa powder. Put them into praline cases and chill.
