J paul's roasted garlic aioli recipe details

Ingredients
Serves: 20- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup oil
- 2 heads roasted garlic
- 1 tablespoon Creole mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon J. Paul’s Creole Seasoning
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Whip the eggs and egg yolks in a food processor until frothy, about 2 minutes. With the machine on, add the oil in a thin stream.
2. When the mixture is thick and creamy, add the remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to use.Tip
How to roast garlic: Preheat the oven to 400 F. Expose the garlic bulb by peeling away the outer paper-like layers of skin, leaving the individual cloves held together. Cut off the top ½” of the cloves. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the bulb. Season with salt & pepper, or Creole Seasoning. Cover garlic with aluminum foil. Bake 30 minutes.
