Ingredients
Serves: 1- 1 Catfish fillet
- 1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon J. Paul’s Creole Seasoning
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Wash fillet and pat dry. Smear olive oil on both sides, and sprinkle on Creole Seasoning. Cook in a very hot iron skillet until done to your liking.
