Ingredients
30 g | sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped |
4 sprig(s) | basil, chopped |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
50 g | Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled |
4 tbsp | breadcrumbs |
1 | onion, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
600 g | beef mince |
1 | egg |
3 tbsp | milk |
2 tbsp | oil |
Instructions
Mix the tomatoes with the cheese, half of the breadcrumbs and the basil.In a bowl, combine the minced meat with the remaining breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion and the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Make in the palm of your hand of ever an amount of approximately 2 tablespoons small flat rounds, place a teaspoon of the tomato mixture in the middle, close the meat dough over the filling and shape to small balls.
In a large pan heat the oil. Fry the meat balls over medium heat until golden browned all around.
