Ingredients

70 g	butter
25 g	peanut butter, smooth
25 g	peanut butter, with pieces
70 g	brown sugar
70 g	white flour
30 g	buckwheat flour
1 tsp	baking powder
5 tbsp	caramel sauce

Instructions

Mix butter, peanut butter, caramel sauce and sugar until creamy, add flour with baking powder and give a good stir.

Wrap dough sausage shaped into cling film and leave in the fridge for 1/2 hour or if you are impatient 5 minutes in the freezer.

Preheat oven to 180°C. When dough is compact enough cut it in 5mm thick slices, put them onto baking tray with baking paper and bake for around 10-15 minutes.
