Peanut butter biscuits recipe details
Ingredients
70 g | butter |
25 g | peanut butter, smooth |
25 g | peanut butter, with pieces |
70 g | brown sugar |
70 g | white flour |
30 g | buckwheat flour |
1 tsp | baking powder |
5 tbsp | caramel sauce |
Instructions
Mix butter, peanut butter, caramel sauce and sugar until creamy, add flour with baking powder and give a good stir.Wrap dough sausage shaped into cling film and leave in the fridge for 1/2 hour or if you are impatient 5 minutes in the freezer.
Preheat oven to 180°C. When dough is compact enough cut it in 5mm thick slices, put them onto baking tray with baking paper and bake for around 10-15 minutes.
