Chocolate tartelettes recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | flour |
100 g | butter, room temperature |
70 g | brown sugar |
30 g | cocoa powder |
1 tsp | cinnamon powder |
300 ml | double cream |
100 g | milk chocolate |
100 g | dark chocolate, 70% cocoa |
1 tbsp | clear honey |
some | milk or water |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200°C.Sieve flour, cocoa and cinnamon powder in a bowl and add sugar and butter.
Crumble together with your hands and add enough milk or water to form a kneadable dough. Cover in cling film and leave in the fridge.
Roll out dough or take little pieces off the dough, press it into bottom and up the sides of little tartelette forms and prick pastries with a fork to avoid puffing up.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Chocolate filling:
Heat up the double cream until it boils. Take off heat immediately, then add chocolate and honey and stir until all is melted. Leave aside at room temperature.
As soon as the tartelette pastries are cooled down you can spoon in the chocolate filling and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
