Ingredients
200 g | flour |
½ tsp | salt |
600 ml | milk |
2 medium | eggs |
30 g | butter |
additional butter for frying | |
To serve with: | |
granulated sugar | |
lemon juice |
Instructions
Combine flour, salt, milk, eggs in a bowl and mix well. Melt the butter and whisk it in. Allow the batter to stand at least two hours.Melt 1 tbs of butter in a frying pan, add a ladle full of batter. Cook each side for about 2 mintues or until golden brown on both sides.
Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice and roll up.
