Made with layers of ladyfingers soaked in a rich mixture of Irish cream liqueur and coffee, this indulgent treat is sure to impress. Ingredients

60 ml Bailey’s Irish Cream
500 g mascarpone cheese
60 g brown sugar
40 g granulated sugar
24  Ladyfingers
2 tsp cocoa powder
400 ml freshly brewed espresso or coffee

Instructions

Make coffee and transfer to a shallow dish. Add 2 tablespoons Irish Cream. Set aside and allow to cool.

In a large bowl, combine Mascarpone, sugars and remaining Irish Cream. Beat at high speed until smooth.

Briefly dip flat side of ladyfinger halves in coffee mixture and arrange in a shallow dish. .

Spread half of cream cheese mixture over ladyfingers and sprinkle with half of the cocoa powder.

Repeat procedure with remaining ladyfinger, cream cheese mixture, and cocoa powder.

Chill for 4 hours before serving.
