Indonesian chicken and rice noodle soup recipe details
Ingredients
150 g | chicken breast fillet, cooked and diced |
150 g | rice noodles |
12 | mushrooms, sliced |
100 g | bamboo sprouts, sliced |
50 g | mung bean sprouts |
1 | carrot, sliced |
1 | red bell pepper, diced |
1 l | water |
1 cube(s) | instant chicken stock |
4 tbsp | soy sauce |
3 tbsp | rice wine |
1 tbsp | rice vinegar |
2 tsp | curry powder |
2 tbsp | sesame oil |
chili flakes |
Instructions
In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Add the mushrooms, sprouts, carrot, bell pepper, chicken and the instant stock. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and stir in the noodles, soy sauce, rice wine, vinegar and sesame oil.Cook over low heat for 6-8 minutes. Season to taste with soy sauce, pepper and chili flakes. Serve warm.
