Individual microwave fruit crisp recipe details
- Ingredients:
- One 8- to 10-ounce ramekin dish
- 1 medium apple, peeled and sliced (any berry, peach, etc. is OK)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- dash of cinnamon and salt
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons quick cooking oats
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1 Tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix first four ingredients and place in dish. Crumble last five ingredients together and top fruit with crumbled mixture. Cook in microwave 2-1/2 minutes on high.
