Fruit muffins recipe details
- Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoons butter
- 1-1/4 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup All-Brancereal
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup nuts
Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and blend well. Add bran and milk. Let sit a few minutes so bran will soften. Add flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add dates, raisins and nuts. For added flavor, add dried cranberries and/or cherries. Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
