1 can bacon bits
1 cup grated cheese
1/3 cup grated onion (optional)
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Bisquickbaking mix
4 eggs
A dash of black pepper
Instructions:

In a nine-inch pie pan, layer bacon bits, cheese, and onion. In a blender, mix milk, Bisquick, eggs, and black pepper. Pour blended mixture carefully over ingredients in pie pan. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
