Impossible pina colada pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick (1c)
2. eggs (4)
3. crushed pineapple in juice, drained (1can about 8 oz)
4. cream of coconut (1can about 15 oz)
5. softened butter (2tbsp)
6. rum extract (2tsp rum extract+2tbsp of milk or 1/4c of rum)
7. milk (1/4c)
8. flaked coconuts (2c).
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a pie plate of 10*1 ½ inches and grease it.
2. Take a blender, except one cup of coconut, mix remaining all the ingredients in the container of blender. Blend the mixture on high speed until the mixture get smooth. Then pour this mixture into the greased pie plate and dust the left over coconut over the mixture in pie plate.
3. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 40 to 45 minutes until the tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Now take out the pie from oven and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then serve it.
