Impossible lemon pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick (1/2c)
2. lemon juice (1/4c)
3. vanilla (1 1/2tsp)
4. eggs (4)
5. margarine (1/4c)
6. sugar (3/4c)
7. milk (2c)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Take a pie plate of 10 inches and grease it.
2. Take a blender, put eggs, margarine, bisquick, sugar, milk, lemon juice and vanilla in the container of blender. Cover the container and blend it for about 15 minutes on high speed. Then pour this mixture in greased pie plate.
3. Place the plate in oven and bake it for about 50 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees f. Bake it until the tooth pick inserted the the middle of pie comes out clean.
4. Now take out the pie from oven and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then serve it.
