Impossible lasagna pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick (1/2c)
2. salt (1/2tsp)
3. spaghetti sauce (1/2c)
4. shredded mozzarella cheese (1c about 4 ounces)
5. ground beef (1 pound)
6. grated parmesan cheese (3tbsp)
7. ricotta or creamed cottage cheese (1/3c)
8. eggs (2)
9. milk (1c)
10. additional spaghetti sauce, heated if desired.
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a pie plate of 9 inches and grease it. Dust the Parmesan cheese into the greased pie plate.
2. Take a saucepan, cook beef in it until it gets brown. Then drain it and mix it in ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, salt and cottage cheese in a bowl. Then place this mixture over the parmesan cheese in pie plate.
3. Take a bowl, beat eggs, milk and bisquick baking mix in it until it gets blended and then pour it into the pie plate.
4. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it at 400 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes. Then take it out from oven and check it by inserting the knife in the center of it. If the knife inserted in it comes out clean then the pie is ready.
5. Dust the leftover cheese over it and again bake it for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese get melted. Keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then serve it with additional spaghetti sauce.
