Impossible ham salad pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick baking mix (3/4c)
2. salad dressing or mayonnaise (1/2tsp)
3. frozen peas (1/2pkg. about 10oz)
4. finely chopped, fully cooked ham (1c)
5. shredded cheddar cheese (1c about 4oz)
6. eggs (3)
7. milk (1c)
8. prepared mustard (1 1/2tsp).
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a pie plate of 10*1 ½ inch and grease it.
2. Take frozen peas, wash them under cold water so that they get separated and then drain them. Dust the ham, peas and cheese into the greased pie plate.
3. Take a blender, beat the remaining ingredients in it for about 15 seconds on high speed until the mixture gets smooth.If you are mixing the ingredients with hand then mix them for about 1 minute. Then pour this mixture over cheese into the pie plate.
4. Place the plate in oven and bake it for 30 to 35 minutes until the pie gets golden brown in color and the tooth pick inserted in the center of pie comes out clean. Take out the pie from the oven and keep it for 5 minutes to cool and then cut it into slices and serve it.
