Impossible green chili pie recipe detailsIngredients
1. Bisquick mix (1c)
2. shredded cheddar cheese (4c about 16 oz)
3. eggs (4)
4. milk (2c)
5. chopped green chilies, drained (2c about 4oz)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 425 degrees F. Take a pie plate of 9 inches and grease it. Dust the chilies and cheese into the greased pie plate.
2. Take a blender, beat the remaining ingredients in it until the mixture gets smooth. Then pour this mixture over the chilies and cheese into the pie plate.
3. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes at 425 degrees F. Bake it until the tooth pick inserted in the middle of pie comes out clean. Now take out the pie from oven and keep it to cool for about 10 minutes. Then cut it into slices and serve it with sour cream.
