Impossible ham and swiss pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick (1c)
2. cooked ham, chopped (2c)
3. milk (2c)
4. eggs (4)
5. chopped onion (1/3c)
6. natural Swiss cheese (1c about 4oz)
7. pepper (1/8tsp)
8. salt (1/4tsp)
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees f. Take a pie plate of 10*1 ½ inches and grease it. Dust the cooked ham, onion and cheese into the pie plate.
2. Take a blender, beat the remaining ingredients in it until the mixture gets smooth. Then pour this mixture over the ham mixture into the pie plate.
3. Place the pie plate in oven and bake it for about 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees F until the pie changes to golden brown in color. Test it by inserting the tooth pick in the middle of pie, if it comes out clean then the pie is ready.
4. Take it out from oven and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then serve it.
