Impossible green bean pie recipe details
Ingredients1. Bisquick mix (3/4c)
2. drained mushrooms (4oz)
3. cooked and drained green beans (8oz)
4. shredded cheddar cheese (1c)
5. eggs (3)
6. chopped onion (1/2c)
7. salt (1tsp)
8. pepper (1/4tsp)
9. milk (1 1/2c)
10. crushed garlic (2cloves).
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 400 degrees. Take a pie dish of 10*1 ½ inches and grease it. In a pie dish, mix mushrooms, onion, garlic, beans and cheese.
2. Take a blender, beat all the remaining ingredients in it on high speed for about 15 seconds until the mixture gets smooth or beat it by hand for about 1 minute. Then pour this mixture over the cheese into the pie dish.
3. Place the dish in oven and bake it for about 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees or until the tooth pick inserted in the center of pie comes out clean. Take out the pie dish from oven and keep it to cool for about 5 minutes and then cut it into slices and serve it.
