Ingredients1. Bisquick baking mix (1/2c)
2. sugar (1c)
3. unsweetened chocolate, cool (2sq. about 1 oz each)
4. softened butter or margarine (1/4c)
5. milk (1c)
6. eggs (2)
7. sweetened whipped cream (1c)
How to make sweetened whipped creamIngredients Take a bowl, beat 1 cup of chilled cream with 2 tablespoon of sugar in it until it gets firm.
Method of preparation
1. First heat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a pie plate of 9 *1 ¼ inches and grease it.
2. Take a blender, put all the ingredients except sweetened cream in the container of blender. Cover the container and blend it for 1 minute on high speed. Then pour this mixture into the pie plate.
3. Place the plate in oven and bake it at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Now take out the pie plate from oven and keep it until it gets cool completely. Spread the sweetened whipped cream on top of pie and then serve it.
