This unique meatloaf gets a flavor boost from bacon and barbecue sauce!

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 4 strips bacon, cut into 1/4 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon cilantro
- Johnnys(R) seasoning salt to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Put into a 9×13 glass baking dish and form into a loaf.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
