Ingredients

600 ml	ice cream, vanilla or chocolate
150 ml	chocolate sauce
115 g	hazelnuts, chopped
8 sprig(s)	mint, for garnish
8	strawberry fans, for garnish
8	plastic cups

Instructions

Spoon ice cream into plastic cups pressing in firmly; cover and freeze.

Decorate plates with chocolate sauce as desired: for example a strie pattern, dots etc.

Cut or peel away the plastic cup from the ice cream. Put nuts in a bowl and roll the sides of frozen ice cream to coat the sides. Place on plate with the chocolate sauce.

Garnish with more hazelnuts, mint sprig and strawberry fan.
