Ice Cream with Hazelnut Coating recipe

|600 ml||ice cream, vanilla or chocolate|
|150 ml||chocolate sauce|
|115 g||hazelnuts, chopped|
|8 sprig(s)||mint, for garnish|
|8||strawberry fans, for garnish|
Spoon ice cream into plastic cups pressing in firmly; cover and freeze.
Decorate plates with chocolate sauce as desired: for example a strie pattern, dots etc.
Cut or peel away the plastic cup from the ice cream. Put nuts in a bowl and roll the sides of frozen ice cream to coat the sides. Place on plate with the chocolate sauce.
Garnish with more hazelnuts, mint sprig and strawberry fan.
