1 liter(s) | whipping cream |
5 medium | eggs |
250 g | sugar |
Instructions
In a bowl beat the egg yolk together with the sugar using a hand mixer. The mixture should become thick and creamy.Put the cream in a pot and heat it up but do not boil! Stir constantly until hot.
Add 3-4 tablespoons hot cream to the egg yolk mix and mix well.
Put the pot with the cream in another bigger pot with water; heat it up once more while stirring constantly. Now add the egg yolk sugar mix to the cream and keep stirring (do not beat) until its getting thicker.
Add the flavour of your choice and leave to cool.
When cooled fill cream into containers transfer to freezer.
