INGREDIENTS:

6 pcs fried vegetarian eels

2 tbsp oil

2 tbsp chili sauce

1 tsp tomato sauce

3/4 tbsp L & P sauce

2 tbsp water

Sugar to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a wok/ fry pan. Add in all the sauces and water. Bring to a boil. Add more water if required.

  2. Taste with sugar.

  3. Add in fried vegetarian eel fillets. Stir to coat all fillets with sauce.

  4. Dish out. Garnish with fresh chinese celery and serve hot.
