Hung siew eel details
INGREDIENTS:6 pcs fried vegetarian eels
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
3/4 tbsp L & P sauce
2 tbsp water
Sugar to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a wok/ fry pan. Add in all the sauces and water. Bring to a boil. Add more water if required.
- Taste with sugar.
- Add in fried vegetarian eel fillets. Stir to coat all fillets with sauce.
- Dish out. Garnish with fresh chinese celery and serve hot.
