Ingredients
½ | green bell pepper, diced |
½ | red bell pepper, diced |
100 g | canned corn, drained |
2 | spring onions, chopped |
8 | Frankfurter sausages |
8 | buns |
100 g | mayonnaise |
2 tsp | mustard |
salt and pepper | |
1 tbsp | apple vinegar |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | sugar |
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk the vinegar with oil and the sugar. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and allow to soak for a while.Mix the mustard with the mayonnaise.
Halve the buns. Spread them with the mayonnaise. Cook the sausages until hot, but donít allow to boil. Put a sausage onto each lower bun half. Spread the vegetable mixture onto the sausage, cover with the upper half of the buns and serve.
