Ingredients

Makes: 1 cup
  • 3 tablespoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins

1. In a mixing bowl, stir all ingredients to combine. Rub on whatever meat or poultry you’re grilling about 30 minutes before you want to grill it. This will keep in the fridge for 3 to 4 weeks.
