Hot mixed fruit recipe details
- Ingredients:
- 1 can pineapple
- 1 can pears
- 1 can peaches
- 1 can Queen Anne or Royal cherries (green)
- 1/4 cup white raisins
- 3 oranges (sliced with rind left on)
- 1/4 stick of butter
- 2 Tablespoons of flour
- 3/4 cup of sugar
Drain fruit well. Save the juice. Heat butter in boiler. Add flour. Mix butter and flour mixture and add 1 cup of juice from drained fruit. Put sugar on drained fruit and butter mixture. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
