- Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- One 35-gram package taco seasoning
- One 12-ounce can corn
- One 14-ounce can tomato sauce
- One 28-ounce can tomatoes
- 14 ounces water
- Two 14-ounce cans of kidney beans
Brown the beef; add 1/2 package taco seasoning to meat. Add to meat the canned goods in a large pot. Add the remaining 1/2 package taco seasoning. Simmer 2 to 3 hours. Serve topped with taco chips and grated cheddar cheese. Hearty, nutritious and easy to prepare.
