Ingredients:
One 7.5-ounce can of flaked crab meat
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 package (3 ounces) of cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 English muffin halves
Hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, or avocados (optional)
Instructions:

Mix ingredients, minus muffin halves, together in a bowl. Spread mixture on muffin halves. Broil 2 or 3 minutes until top is golden. Garnish with sliced hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes, or avocados, depending upon whether it is being served for brunch or lunch.
