Ingredients
1 medium | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tsp | cooking oil |
4 medium | tomatoes, chopped |
½ tsp | chili powder |
½ tsp | hot pepper sauce |
100 g | Cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 tbsp | cornstarch |
Instructions
Cook onion and garlic in the oil until soft. Stir in tomatoes, chili peppers, chili powder and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil and boil for 10 minutes.
Combine cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water to make a paste. Stir into the tomato mixture and keep stirring constantly until thickened. Add cheese to mixture and stir until melted. Serve warm.
