8 ounces New York extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, shredded
1 Tablespoon horseradish

Slightly butter an 8-inch round baking dish. Combine ingredients. Pour into dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until bubbly and brown around the edges. Serve hot with Triscuits.
