Honey Plum Jam recipe
Ingredients
500 g | plums, pitted, chopped |
70 g | sugar |
70 ml | water |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
2 tbsp | honey |
Instructions
Combine the plums, sugar, water and lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to boil over low heat and stir occasionally. Cook for about 30-45 minutes, until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in honey.
Allow to cool to room temperature and refrigerate in tightly covered jars for up to 2 weeks.
