Ingredients
2 large | eggs, whites only |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
1 tsp | orange juice |
180 ml | honey |
450 ml | milk |
30 g | instant dry milk powder |
1 pack(s) | unflavoured gelatine |
Instructions
In a saucepan mix together gelatine and dry milk. Stir in skim milk; simmer over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatine dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in honey and juices and stir well.Pour into a tray or container and freeze for 1 hour.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the egg whites. Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until mixture is fluffy.
Return to freezer container, cover, and freeze until firm.
