Ingredients

2 large	eggs, whites only
1 tsp	lemon juice
1 tsp	orange juice
180 ml	honey
450 ml	milk
30 g	instant dry milk powder
1 pack(s)	unflavoured gelatine

Instructions

In a saucepan mix together gelatine and dry milk. Stir in skim milk; simmer over low heat, stirring constantly until gelatine dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in honey and juices and stir well.

Pour into a tray or container and freeze for 1 hour.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the egg whites. Beat at high speed with an electric mixer until mixture is fluffy.

Return to freezer container, cover, and freeze until firm.
