You won’t believe how easy it is to make tasty, roasted pork chops with so few ingredients. Sweet and salty, with a honey glaze!

Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 (1-inch-thick) bone-in pork loin chops
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear the pork chops until golden brown on both sides, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Place into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
3. Stir the brown sugar and honey together in a small dish, and microwave until thin, 20 to 40 seconds. Spread half of this mixture over the pork chops.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, then turn the chops over, and spread with the remaining honey mixture. Return to the oven and continue baking until the pork chops register at least 145 degrees on a meat thermometer, 10 to 15 minutes more. Spoon the pan drippings over the pork chops to serve.
