Ingredients

250 g	flour
2 tsp	baking powder
2 tsp	cinnamon
½ tsp	baking soda
½ tsp	salt
¼ tsp	ground cloves
3 large	eggs
300 ml	honey
130 g	sugar
200 ml	vegetable oil
120 ml	freshly brewed coffee
60 ml	water

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish or springform.

Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and cloves.

In another bowl, beat eggs.

Combine both mixtures, add remaining ingredients, whisking until combined.

Pour batter into the pan and bake about 50 minutes.
