Honey and lemon baked figs recipe details
Ingredients
4 large | fresh figs |
4 tbsp | clear honey |
1 large | lemon, zest and juice |
Instructions
Heat the oven to Gas Mark 6, 200°C, 400°F.Place the figs in a bowl and cover with honey. Add the lemon juice and zest and mix together to thoroughly coat the figs.
Place the figs on a baking tray and drizzle any residual honey and lemon over them.
Bake for 20 minutes. Serrve hot with vanilla ice cream or creme fraiche.
