Tired of going out for some pancakes and don’t really care for the box pancakes? Well, these are even better! You can also use the batter to make waffles. Either way it’s delicious.

Ingredients
Serves: 5- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 10 mins1. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar into mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, mix milk, oil, and eggs with a whisk.
2. Then mix the flour and milk mixtures together in a bowl with an electric mixer; mix until most lumps are gone.
3. Cook on a skillet on medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Enjoy!
