Ingredients
Serves: 8- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 (1 ounce) packet Roasted Garlic onion soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon Chinese Five-spice powder
- 3/4 cups finely crushed (saltine) cracker crumbs
- 1 cup Hoisin sauce
Preparation method
Prep: 20 mins | Cook: 1 hour1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 5×9 inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly the first nine ingredients and shape into a loaf. Cover the loaf with the Hoisin sauce.
