Herbed pecans recipe details
Ingredients
6 tbsp | butter |
4 tsp | dried rosemary |
½ tsp | dried basil |
1 tbsp | salt |
½ tsp | chili powder |
500 g | pecan halves |
Instructions
Melt the butter in a large saucepan. Add all seasonings and stir. Remove from heat, add the pecans and toss to coat well. Do not break the nuts!Arrange the nuts in a single layer on a baking tin. Scrape any remaining herb mixture over the nuts. Bake in the preheated oven at 160°C/325°F 10 to 12 minutes or until well browned. Stir gently 2 or 3 times.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
