2 tbsp | butter, softened |
3 tbsp | fresh herbs combination of your choice, chopped or minced: |
thyme | |
chives | |
tarragon | |
basil | |
parsley | |
oregano | |
dill | |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
2 tsp | fresh lemon juice |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Combine the cheese with the butter and beat until soft and creamy. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving to let flavours develop.Preparation time:
