Herb and Lemon Marinade recipe

Ingredients
120 ml | olive oil |
120 ml | white wine, dry |
100 ml | lemon juice |
3 | green shallots, finely chopped |
2 small | carrots, finely chopped |
2 tsp | fresh parsley, flat-leafed, chopped |
2 tsp | fresh dill, chopped |
2 tsp | fresh rosemary, chopped |
2 tsp | fresh thyme, chopped |
1 tsp | ground black pepper |
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. It makes about 450 ml.
This marinade is suitable for fish and chicken. Marinate several hours or overnight. Brush with marinade during cooking.
Can be made a day in advance.
