Herb and garlic butter recipe details
Ingredients
250 g | softened butter |
3 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 tsp | lemon juice |
1 dash(es) | Worcestershire sauce |
½ tsp | salt |
1 pinch(es) | white pepper |
½ bunch(es) | parsley, finely chopped |
½ bunch(es) | basil, finely chopped |
Instructions
Mix garlic with salt, pepper, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce and stir the mixture together with the herbs into the soft butter.Put the butter onto a sheet of parchment paper, shape to a roll and place in the refrigerator. Cut off slices when required.
Tastes great on grilled meat.
