Hazelnut Coconut Cookies recipe
|75 g||powdered sugar|
|150 g||flour, all-purpose|
|½ tsp||nutmeg, grated|
|100 g||hazelnuts, toasted and chopped|
|100 g||coconut flakes|
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a cookie sheet with parchment.
Combine the sugars and butter and mix until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and mix again well.
In another bowl combine the flour, nutmeg, soda and salt. Add to the creamed mixture and blend well. Then stir in the nuts and coconut.
Drop tablespoonful onto the cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass or a spoon. Allow about about 6 cm between each cookie. Bake for 10 minutes or until light brown.
Leave to cool.
