Ingredients
4 slice(s) | toast |
2 large | eggs |
1 tbsp | butter |
100 g | ham, diced |
1 tsp | parsley |
1 tsp | chives |
paprika powder | |
pepper |
Instructions
Whisk the eggs with parsley, chives and season with pepper and paprika.Melt the butter in a pan and cook the ham over medium heat for 2-4 minutes. Add the eggs and stir slowly until just set.
Roast and butter the toast and arrange the bread on serving plates.Top with the egg and ham mixture and serve immediately
