Ham and pineapple turnovers recipe details
Ingredients
1 pack(s) | ready rolled out puff pastry |
3 slice(s) | ham, halved |
6 slice(s) | pineapple |
1 | egg yolk |
3 tbsp | milk |
60 g | freshly grated Cheddar cheese |
Instructions
Cut the pastry into 6 equal pieces. Top each piece with half a ham slice and a pineapple slice. Fold over the the edges of the pastry.Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Mix together the egg yolk and the milk and brush the packages with the egg wash. Sprinkle with cheese and divide the packages on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
