|3 slice(s)||ham, halved|
|60 g||freshly grated Cheddar cheese|
Cut the pastry into 6 equal pieces. Top each piece with half a ham slice and a pineapple slice. Fold over the the edges of the pastry.
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Mix together the egg yolk and the milk and brush the packages with the egg wash. Sprinkle with cheese and divide the packages on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
